Pass The Property is a service in demand, growing quickly and obtaining new customers all the time. However, with more customers comes more customers to manage – yet the number of hours in each day stays the same.

Pass The Property provides flexible, affordable and hassle-free serviced accommodation management services. As seasoned travellers, founding brothers, Parminder and Harminder spent a lot of time in hotels. They both missed the ‘homely feel’, yet alternative shortterm property rentals through places such as Airbnb were often poorly managed; potentially creating stressful situations for both tenants and property owners.

With years of experience in the property sector, Parminder and Harminder decided to set up a service to help landlords better manage their serviced accommodation and provide a stress-free experience for their tenants.

“Before we started working with I’m Your PA, my brother and I personally managed over 50 properties spread across the country. We’d reached our capacity, and we knew that in order to continue to grow the business, we needed help.” Says Parminder Chana, Founder, Pass The Property.

“We were hesitant to take on staff because there wasn’t enough work for a full-time placement. Part-time was an option, but enquires could happen throughout the day – what hours should we choose? And honestly, we didn’t want to have to worry about employment legalities, holidays and sickness too. We just wanted trusted, reliable help.”

To allow Parminder and Harminder to focus on growing the business, I’m Your PA became responsible for managing all day-to-day enquires. This included helping tenants with any property issues and finding tradespeople if repairs were required.
