The moment every broker recognises

You are halfway through an appointment. A client is sitting across from you while you carefully explain the difference between two policies. They are listening, asking questions, and you can feel the trust building.

Then your phone starts ringing.

You ignore it. After all, the person in front of you deserves your attention. But it rings again, and again, like a small alarm clock that has absolutely no idea what good timing looks like.

So eventually you reach over and put it on silent. Problem solved, at least for now.

Silence is not always a good thing
